1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of a social media ("a"), operated by Logic Omnipresence. By using a, you agree to these Terms and theCommunity Standards. The first App Store release is for users aged 18 or older.
2. What a is
a is client software for decentralized social networks. It lets your device connect directly to independently operated network services. Logic does not host a centralized social account, proxy ordinary social traffic, operate the services you choose, or guarantee that a provider will accept, retain, deliver, or remove content.
3. Your identity and credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding your private identity credentials, device access, and backups. Anyone with a private credential may be able to act as that identity. Logic cannot recover a lost credential, reverse signed content, or restore data that was available only on your device.
You may use a public-only identity for read access where supported. Features that require signing, encryption, or decryption require the corresponding private credential on your device.
4. Network providers and external services
Network providers, media hosts, linked websites, identity-verification domains, and other clients are third-party services. Their availability, rules, moderation, retention, security, and privacy practices are their responsibility. You choose which providers to enable and may remove them at any time.
5. Your content and conduct
You remain responsible for content you create, sign, publish, transmit, or share. You must have the rights required to publish it and must comply with applicable law, these Terms, the Community Standards, and the policies of the independent services you select.
You may not use a to exploit children, distribute non-consensual sexual material, threaten violence, harass or target people, promote hatred, impersonate others deceptively, spread malware, commit fraud, expose private personal information, or facilitate unlawful activity.
6. Sensitive content
The App Store build does not download or reveal content marked sensitive through a supported protocol. This is a product presentation policy, not a change to the underlying network. The product must not be used primarily to distribute pornographic content or to evade safety controls.
7. Reports, blocks, and enforcement
You can hide content locally, block a public identity, send a private report to Logic, and separately choose an interoperable network report where available. Logic may refuse to present content or an identity in a when necessary for safety, law, these Terms, the Community Standards, or App Store obligations.
These actions affect the a experience. They do not delete content from an underlying network or prevent another provider or client from displaying it.
8. Software changes and availability
We may change or discontinue a feature, update supported protocol behavior, or require a newer app version to protect users or maintain compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, provider availability, message delivery, profile verification, or permanent access to network content.
9. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, a is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Logic is not responsible for acts of independent network operators, external hosts, other clients, or other users; loss caused by disclosure or loss of a private identity credential; or content copied or retained outside a. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without limiting mandatory rights available to you under the law of your place of residence. The final release terms and storefront availability remain subject to jurisdiction-specific legal review.
